Nine out of ten locals are just 300 meters away from a green space or a park, but many have poor awareness where the city’s green spaces are, what you can do there and how to get there. Through the new app Discover Stockholm, we would encourage you to explore your own city. It’s not only nice but also climate friendly to be a tourist in your home town.
The application has been developed within the project Climate-smart Stockholmers a environmental governance. Information and content are updated with the help of sport management, culture management, as well as several of the district administrations.
Ps. Stockholm is the capital and the largest city of Sweden and constitutes the most populated urban area in Scandinavia, with a population of 900,000.
